ProjectStorm is completely written in PHP5, allowing for quick installation on shared hosts and custom servers alike. Its completely object oriented, meaning no cluttered mess of functions. Not to mention, it is written with the highest possible care taken for documentation. I found this on Digg and was quite frankly in a fit of rage while reading his post. This web site has accused him of copyright infringement for his own works. On top of that, he has been sent a bill for $18,000! I can’t express how ridiculous this is.
